ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Processing includes checking, packing, and sending orders to the postal service.
  • Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
  • Orders placed after 11:45 AM CST on Friday or during the weekend will be processed the following business week.

We offer FREE trackable international shipping on orders over $100.

  • Delivery dates are estimated from the date the order is shipped and are subject to factors such as transit time and customs processing.
  • Some remote areas may experience longer shipping times.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to countries on the OFAC sanctions list, including:
Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Côte d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.

Important Notes:

  • Delays may occur due to incorrect shipping details, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Import duties, taxes, and additional charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee. These costs are the buyer's responsibility.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

  • Once payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
  • After confirmation, your order will begin processing immediately.

PAYMENT POLICY

  • All charges are in USD ($) at the time of purchase.
  • If paying in another currency, your bank will handle the currency conversion.

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

  • If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately due to warehouse locations and product availability.
  • You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATIONS

We accept order cancellations or changes within 12 hours of purchase, including:

✔ Color or size changes
✔ Shipping address updates

After 12 Hours:

  • Orders cannot be modified as they will have entered processing.
  • We may attempt to cancel your order after 12 hours, but we cannot guarantee success.
  • If cancellation is possible after the 12-hour window, a 15% cancellation fee will apply to cover production costs.
