Returns & Eligibility
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items returned in a different condition may not be accepted for a full refund.
If your item does not qualify for a full return due to being in a different condition than received, you may still be eligible for a partial refund through our Recycle Fashion Program. This program allows you to return items for store credit or a partial money-back refund while ensuring the product is repurposed sustainably.

Return requests for orders received after the 30-day period will be politely declined. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately and credited to your original payment method within a few business days (timing depends on your bank).
Important Note: Please read our item descriptions carefully before purchasing. Colors may slightly differ from what appears on your screen due to lighting and monitor display settings.

Exchanges & Shipping Costs
If an exchange is approved and the mistake was not on our part, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. This can be paid upfront or deducted from your refund. If we made an error, we will cover the cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
